Asensus Surgical, formerly TransEnterix, continues to market its Senhance system despite financial struggles and a narrow installed base. The competitive landscape reflects a maturing market where hospitals increasingly demand interoperability, modular pricing, and procedure-specific capabilities rather than general-purpose platforms.
