Sereact GmbH

About

Sereact is a Stuttgart-based robotics software startup developing Cortex, a physical AI platform built on robot foundation models that enables robots to handle unstructured picking, sorting and returns-processing tasks without conventional pick-and-place programming. Its software is hardware-agnostic and is deployed in warehouse and logistics settings, and in October 2026 it announced a partnership with Teradyne Robotics to run Cortex on Universal Robots arms. The company is regarded as one of Europe's more closely watched robot-foundation-model startups.
