Noetra is a Japan-based developer of a physical AI platform intended to provide general-purpose autonomy for humanoid robots. Backed by a collective of 44 companies including SoftBank, it positions itself as a shared 'robot brain' for Japanese industry. Kawasaki Heavy Industries plans to deploy the platform in a fully autonomous humanoid as early as 2030.
