About
NAEC is a trade association serving the vertical transportation industry, representing contractors that install, maintain, and service elevators and escalators. It hosts the annual NAEC convention and trade show, which in 2026 was held at McCormick Place in Chicago. NAEC is not a robotics developer, but its show floor has become a venue for robotics demonstrations, including Metropolis Robotics' SKYE humanoid working the Adams Elevator booth.
