Metaplant America is Hyundai Motor Group's $7.6 billion advanced manufacturing complex located on a 2,923-acre campus in Bryan County, Georgia. The facility serves as an automotive production plant and hosts a dedicated Robotics Metaplant Application Center in partnership with Boston Dynamics, where Atlas humanoid robots are being trained and deployed for commercial automotive manufacturing tasks. Construction began in late 2022 as part of Hyundai's North American manufacturing expansion.
