IROS (IEEE/RSJ International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems)

About

IROS is one of the world's largest and most prestigious annual robotics conferences, co-sponsored by the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society and the Robotics Society of Japan. It brings together researchers and industry to present peer-reviewed work in intelligent robots and systems, including humanoids, manipulation, and autonomy, and presents awards such as entertainment paper awards (recently won by Galbot and Tsinghua's LATENT humanoid tennis system). It is a conference and professional event rather than a commercial robotics manufacturer.
